I'm a part of something
I'm a member of an Etsy team. Like, finally. Ok, I can't believe I just typed "like".
Back to the point, I joined an Etsy team. I (generally) like people. They even tend to inspire me... happy/sad/mad/triumphant/and many other emotions.
So. Now I am a team member.... and wondering what to do first. Should I befriend everyone....? Comment on their blogs? Twitterstalk them? I'll figure that out as I go, I suppose.
Oh, the team has a blog too: Handmade MN Blog If you want to see other talented Etsy sellers from MN, that's the place to go!

I'm lovin' it!
The sweater, that is.... I ripped it apart. All the way down to nothingness.
Then I stared at the pattern for a long time. A loooooong time. Ok, less than five minutes until I realized what I needed to do to make it work for me.
I deleted a few unnecessary stitches, changed it around a bit, then I started knitting again. I'm about two inches in already. My hands hurt, but I'm in love with it now.
♥ it!
I'll take a pic this weekend after I get more time into it!

Darn Sweater!
Ok, so I'm about 8 inches into working on the sweater.... And I don't like it. At. All. I appreciate the pattern as it is, but parts of it are so beyond unattractive to me that I just can't keep going!
But.... I shant (yes, shant) give up on the lovely leaves pattern.... So I'm going to work up a similar style with the pattern and see what happens. It just won't be done for Christmas!
The other project, the vest, is coming along swimmingly though, so I'm not giving up!
Oh, and my flash busted on my camera. I wasn't upset because I never use flash, but still. Camera, I love you, stay healthy!

Taking a break
So, I'm going to take a little bit of time away from the pretty jewels and work on some other fun things I love to do.
Such as this lovely sweater. Her name is Eustice. She is a happy sweater. Sweater pattern at least. She's not actually made yet... She's three inches old now.
If the pattern weren't so detailed and, well, if I didn't have to read it for EVERY stitch, it'd go much faster! But it's so pretty, I must do it.
Darling Eustice is going to be a present for someone. I won't say who. I'll post some pictures soon to show off my work!
xoxo,
JB

My first wholesale order
I got my first request for a wholesale order a few weeks ago. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get 62 pieces of jewelry made in just about a week and a half.
I did it though.
Here are about half of the items. I didn't get much chance to take pictures of them, but I grabbed a few.
If you like anything, you just let me know and I can recreate anything you see here. Well, except maybe the first pair of earrings. I'm tapped out on vintage chain this dainty!
Peachy Keen.
These were originally on Etsy. I had to make seven more pairs for my order!
Vintage chain, usually of the slightly tarnished brass persuasion and a cute peach colored enamel drop.
These were White Hot before I had to make them in different colors. Now they are called Heat.
Antique brass and Czech pressed glass beads.
These were probably my favorite pairs to work on just because they came out so lovely with each different color.
These were Orange Dream, but again, I had to change the name since I was asked to make several different colors.
I love the coffee colored ones.
Goddess is and always has been one of my favorite bracelets. I hadn't even thought to do it in different colors since it looks so lovely in the pearl color.
Since it was requested in red and blue, though, I made them and fell in love with the different colors. I intend to make a few other colors too, just to see what they look like.
Telling has also been one of my favorite bracelets for it's simplicity. I like combining colors in my jewelry arsenal, so these are the perfect small addition.
The gray is so lovely next to the antique brass. I'll be making one for myself in the near future!
Showdown along with Detta were the only two pieces of my Drawing of the Three line that were requested. Both the earrings and bracelet are simple, easy to wear pieces.
I love Showdown in Coffee too.

Holiday Giveaway!
I figured, since Christmas and Hanukkah are soon arriving, that someone special deserves a present. No, not me. You. Well, if you are lucky and get your name drawn.
So here is what the lucky winner will get: Sparkler and Glitter ($50 value). Both are Antique Brass and Czech seed beads.
This is what you have to do:
1) Leave a comment telling me what your favorite holiday is and why! (How easy, right?)
and/or
2) Check out my shops Jenny Bunny Creations or Jenny Bunny on Etsy and tell me what your favorite piece of jewelry is!
Finally: Leave a way for me to get in touch with you. If you already have a blogger account, I can hunt you down there, but for my peeps without one, please leave your email!
Drawing will be held October 30th at Noon CST!
You can do both 1 and 2 for entries!
Open to everyone in the world. As long as I can ship to you. If you don't have a mailbox.... I would assume you also don't have email... so. yeah. This statement has no real use then, I guess.
